Here you will find faith-centered stories that help children understand God, build strong character and confidence, practice kindness, and navigate everyday childhood experiences through biblical principles — learning about faith through relatable stories, not only through direct instruction.
The Prayer Jar Stories
Our flagship series is The Prayer Jar Stories. Its message is simple: God hears every little prayer. Children can pray when they feel lonely, afraid, sad, happy, thankful, confused, nervous, disappointed, or worried about family or friends. They can write or draw their prayers on colorful pieces of paper and place them inside the jar. The jar is a symbol of bringing everything to God — it is not magical. God hears prayers because He is God.
Our first story: Maya and the Little Prayer Jar
Meet Maya Johnson, 6. After a difficult spelling test, Maya feels discouraged and lonely — until her Grandma Grace shows her a special prayer jar and teaches her she can talk to God about anything, even the little things. Maya learns to pray honestly, finds courage, and invites Ava, who is sitting alone, to jump rope — and begins a new friendship. Bible verse: Philippians 4:6.
